Fillers

Hyaluronic Acid Fillers

$650 - $900 per syringe

HA fillers are used to smooth out lines around nose and mouth, enhance & restore volume to sunken cheeks or temples, diminish vertical lip lines, plump & enhance the lips, smooth out facial creases, and improve symmetry among facial features. Some areas of treatment are considered on label and other areas are performed as off label procedures.

HA fillers are formulated to provide varying levels of viscosity, elasticity, G prime, and lift capacity. The HA filler utilized for a patient will be decided based on the treatment areas.

HA fillers are comprised of Hyaluronic acid which is a naturally occurring substance that is already found in your skin. It helps keep skin plump and hydrated. The results are temporary, lasting 6 to 24 months or before the body gradually and naturally absorbs the particles. Most HA fillers are infused with lidocaine to help minimize discomfort during and after treatment.

Biostimulatory Fillers

Sculptra

$850 per vial (see special pricing
for Sculptra Butt Lift)

Sculptra® is an injectable poly-L-lactic acid filler that is FDA-approved for replacing lost collagen. Collagen loss is an unfortunate, natural side effect of aging. It is what often gives our faces and bodies a bony and hollow appearance. By stimulating collagen production in the body, we use Sculptra to create natural-looking results for many of our patients.

As a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen stimulator, Sculptra® is different from traditional dermal fillers which are usually composed of hyaluronic acid. Rather than plumping with liquid volume, Sculptra® works with your body to stimulate collagen production and help restore the deep, underlying structure of the skin. Rebuilt collagen then gradually improves facial volume and diminishes wrinkles and folds. This is a slow-grow product that does take time to see results, but they are well worth it.

Typically a few treatments are needed, spaced 6 weeks apart. Patience is key here as results peak in the months following your last treatment. Because Sculptra® stimulates the product of your own collagen, results can last for years.

Radiesse

$700 per syringe
Radiesse to the hands $1,200
(1 syringe per hand)

Radiesse is an injectable filler used to plump wrinkled or folded areas of the skin. Radiesse is made of calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) gel microspheres that work immediately upon injection. Radiesse initially does all the work of filling in the volume you want. As time goes on, though, the CaHA stimulates your naturally-occurring collagen, allowing your skin to produce more of its own natural filler. Radiesse can be used in the face, hands, and body. Eventually, the CaHA absorbs back into your body, leaving your collagen in its place. Because of the science behind Radiesse, treatment results can last for well over a year, even up to two years for some people.

Lip Filler

$750

Lips provide unique treatment requirements based on the individual’s ideal lip, patient anatomy plus the degree of mobility and function of this area.  The Vivia Customized Lip will often combine different types of hyaluronic acid filler to sculpt and plump the lip to create the best aesthetic outcome for each patient.

Liquid Rhinoplasty

$1,200

Shaping of the nose with filler can provide an amazing improvement of shape and facial rebalancing without the downtime of surgery but also comes with some unique cautions in this area. In depth knowledge of anatomy, specifically vascular anatomy, and a cautious injector are musts when performing liquid rhinoplasty.

Hand Rejuvenation

As we age collagen and fat in the hands dissipate, veins and tendons can take on a pronounced appearance, making the hands look bony and unattractive. Loss of smoothness and plumpness in the hands is a natural and unavoidable part of the aging process, but thankfully hand rejuvenation can help those thin, tired looking hands.

Now you can improve the appearance of your aging hands with fillers such as Radiesse to immediately restore volume loss in the back of hands for smooth, natural-looking results that won’t give away your age, But what about sun damage? IPL and CoolPeel therapy is the answer to those sun damaged hands. After your treatment the dark pigments typically come to the surface of the skin and begin to painlessly flake off, revealing the normal skin below.

Sculptra Gluteal Contouring

5 vials/tx $750/vial

The Sculptra Butt Lift is a non-surgical alternative to a Brazilian Butt Lift. This treatment involves the use of Sculptra injections to targeted areas under the skin. This thickens the skin and stimulates deep collagen growth, resulting in a firmer feeling and more voluptuous buttocks. This lift can produce great results for people of most body types.

Cheek Filler

Our cheeks and midface are the structural platform of our face and begin to lose volume in our  20s and 30s.  As our cheeks deflate, gravity will create a downward pull on the tissue from loss of support  resulting in more prominent tear troughs, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines as well as loss of definition of the jawline with generalized skin laxity.  Restoring volume to the cheeks can create a very natural, more youthful appearance and is often the starting point of antiaging rejuvenation of the face.

Jawline and Chin Filler

The jawline is an important strong natural junction of the face with the neck.  With aging, bones atrophy especially the jaw bone or mandible resulting in less definition and a “melting” or blending of the facial tissue into the neckline creating an aged appearance. Filler can be used to restore volume and shape to create definition and improve symmetry.  Some patients genetically have weak jawlines and/or chins that produce disproportions that can be balanced to improve facial aesthetics.

Temple Filler

Temples are often the forgotten area of facial aging though loss of volume and thus restoration can create profound changes in facial contour.  As temples lose volume a hollow develops resulting in what is commonly referred to as a peanut shape face/head.  This is often even exaggerated once cheek filler is performed and should be considered to keep a balanced more harmonious appearance.

Facial Rejuvenation

Facial rejuvenation typically refers to the combination of using filler in several areas of the face to slow and improve the signs of aging.  Facial aging is a result of multiple factors such as loss of volume, muscle action, sun damage/hyperpigmentation, textural changes, and skin laxity therefore, a multimodal approach for facial rejuvenation and even preventative treatments will provide the best and most natural results.  Commonly used treatment combinations would often include botulinum toxin, filler, lasers/peels, microneedling, facials and medical grade skin care.

Neck & Décolleté Rejuvenation

The neck and chest are often also forgotten areas for rejuvenation and preventative therapy until significant aging is seen.  The face is often the focus until our eyes drift down and realize that are neck and decollete (and even hands)  appear years older than our faces. Here multimodal rejuvenation with skin care, lasers/peels, microneedling and fillers will keep these areas in tune with our face.

Facial Rebalancing

We are all born with facial asymmetries and inbalances.  Studies have shown that proportions and symmetry are one of the greatest proponents in beauty and the aesthetic face.  Using a combination of botulinum toxin and fillers, facial rebalancing is created with a completely customized plan.  Botulinum toxin can be used to slim the face, lower a gummy smile, provide more lip show while filllers will restore facial thirds and proportions with increasing width, length and projection throughout the face.
